Here’s just one example of how they’re putting their knowledge and skill to use saving our customers time and money in the field:

The Problem

In an effort to condense their security system for door control access at each platform, a prominent transit system attempted a solution to remove large equipment from the walls and install them into Lexan shelving. This unique project quickly began to give them problems, as production times and cost began to rise dramatically. Labor staff was quickly falling behind, forcing them to work increased hours because of the skill required to put together each piece of the project.

After meeting with a stressed out project manager, our NET Solution Providers believed they could help redevelop the solution. They researched the previous answer and brainstormed ways to improve it, passing revisions back and forth with the customer until landing on the perfect design for the problem.

The Result

Falling immediately in love with their prefabricated solution, the customer has already implemented dozens of units in their massive railway project with hundreds more scheduled before construction ends. The project manager has praised the work of Space Age and is thrilled with how using the prefabricated racks got the technicians’ workload in check and back on normal hours. This solution not only saved them time and money in the field, it has also provided them with a pristine product designed, developed and fabricated in a controlled environment where duplicating the process is easily done.
