J&M Brown Company and Space Age Electronics have had a working partnership for 20 years therefore it was a no-brainer when approaching One Congress Street, The Bulfinch Crossing WPB2 Office Tower. The Bulfinch Crossing WPB2 Office Tower at One Congress Street is a mixed use office building which consists of a forty three stories. The office tower is 600ft in the Boston skyline, and 1,000,000sq ft. The integration into the fire alarm system within this building is made up Space Age Electronics standard and custom products. The standard and custom products included fire alarm terminal cabinets, for cleaner and easier identification of circuit distribution of each high rise floor, firefighters smoke control panel and post fire smoke purge panels, tailored assemblies for fan and damper integration and custom mounting bracket solutions specific to the fire alarm system monitor modules for monitoring sprinkler system along with device brackets for sprinkler monitoring modules. 

“The project was unique in the sense that it called for the interconnection of a residential tower, officer tower, and shared amenities and a parking garage space between the two. WPB parking garage and J&M Brown used Space Age Electronics ACE Cabinets and fast rail monitor module mounting system to house the control and monitor modules required to create this complex interconnection.
