New and Improved SRD Headlines Documentation Solutions Upgrades

At Space Age Electronics, our New Year’s resolution is to always look for innovative ways to offer code compliant solutions that will improve your installations and make life easier for the end-user.

So let’s start 2019 off in style, shall we?

We’d like to introduce you to our refreshed line of Acerbox Documentation Solutions, led by our improved version of the SRD System Record Documents Box.

The SRD model you may be familiar with had a built-in USB-B connector that allowed the user to access important digital documents on a 4GB flash drive, but the new and improved version features an innovative slide tab selectable between the much more common USB-C or Micro USB connectors. The icing on the cake? We’ve now DOUBLED the storage space with an 8GB flash drive.

That’s not all we’re bringing to the table to kick off 2019!

We’ve also made the same upgrade to the Infinity Series IAMEFAD module, allowing the same access via USB-C or Micro USB to the 8GB flash drive. Not familiar with our line of modular components? Just grab the new IAMEFAD in a nice, convenient kit with a single gang back box and cover plate.

You thought we were done?

For those looking for a cost-effective solution to satisfy NFPA 72 7.7.2.4 and don’t necessarily need the digital memory, the new SDB System Document Box is for you.

This affordable 20 gauge cold rolled steel enclosure features a lift-a-way hinge for easy access as well as a Velcro strap and inside edge to keep your documents secure.

Every SDB comes with a thumb screw to secure your enclosure, but there is a knock-out on the front door to easily install a lock kit if your installation requires it (CAT30, PK625, and T45 kits sold separately)
